Is there a mobile version of the Tien Kien II (Sky Bow 2) missile? If so, what does it look like?

How does the Tien Chen (Sky Sword) I & II match up to the AA-11 and AA-12 or AMRAAM?

1. Sky Sword I is the equalvilent to AIM-9L/M.

2. Sky Sword II should be roughly equal to the early AMRAAM (AIM-120A or B).
