ROKAF Phantoms

I’ve noticed whenever the topic of the ROKAF comes up, the new F-15 Slam Eagle and to a lesser extent the F-16 are always brought up in various conversations. While they are the two most modern fighters in the fleet, I think mention should still be made of the Phantom, which still provides pretty good (and important) service for the ROKAF, despite its age.

Anyone know the status and taskings of this fleet of veteran fighters?

I know the F-4E and RF-4C are still serving, but what about the F-4D’s? Have they all be replaced by the F-15K yet or is that still ongoing?

Also, when are the RF-4C’s to be retired, as I believe I read that either the F-15 or F-16 is to get a recce pod of some sort.
