Rolls Royce inspection stamps

Hi all,

Just a quick question, did Rolls Royce use a factory inspection stamp using the letters RRS?

I have a later (I think) Merlin oil scavenger pump pressure housing which is profusely marked with varieties of these kind of RRS stamps. I have an earlier pump housing which has the usual double overlaid R’s so this one seems different.

Some stamps are simply RRS with a number below surrounded by a circle whilst others have RRS above a T through a P symbol.
