Romonia and Jugoslavija fighter project realised in china?

hello firends, recently i saw the pic of novi avion (fighter project of Jugoslavija)and iar9x(Romonia),i feel they looks rather similary to the present chinese fighter j10 and fc1.so will they have any relation?some information from chinese bbs said that the novi avion supported by france,maybe france delieve some tech of it to china.and the tech of iar9x maybe sold to china by romonia/russia?
