Rotol Propeller ID please

Could any body give me a clue as to what a/c this prop belongs to. RA /4065/ RS. Perhaps one for Anne?. Help greatly appreciated as always, Regards, Scott.

RA.4065/RS are one of the may types of blades used on the Hurricane II & IV.

May types of blades? You mean that Hurricane propellers were changed monthly?
