Living down here in Cornwall I had to catch the excellent piece by Jan Leeming about Rene Mouchotte on iPlayer as of course we have a different “Inside Out”, and the feature on ours was all about RR232!!

A very nice piece, well put together.
Just slightly edited on the time line.
The first flight and circuit, with gear down and a flapless landing was due to the lack of friction on the throttle requiring continuous hands on.
After adjustment the second flight was gear up, tower fly-by, then straight off to Colerne its new but temporary home.
