Can anyone help with a possible ID for these rudder pedals. Shackleton may be ?

Varsity. “OAK” fits nicely with that id?

Not Fairey type but could be Vickers Viscount?

Yes, Bill. I must try and get across for a cuppa and catch-up some time. TAC meeting tomorrow (Tues) evening at HP?
I restored a pair of (Typhoon, I think) rudder pedals like that many years ago now for an aviation group. They didn’t have the brakes like the ones in this thread but the adjustment wheel was the same. I suspect that there was a fair degree of commonality between rudder pedals on varied types making use of similar, or the same, components which only complicates the matter in hand.

Not Meteor or Vampire T.11. Canberra perhaps?

OAK 14 Looks to me like this is from RAF Oakington. So what used to fly out of there ? The set is quite complete too with what looks like independant toe braking. Nice piece of kit for someones C/pit project once ID’d.

They’re not Shackleton – they don’t have the pedals on a bar. Are there any numbers visible?
