Russain airforce today

I found this site which give the inventory of Russ AF , is this a pretty accurate site ?

they list 406 mig-29, 445 su-27, 100 su-30, 307 mig-31 ,321 su-24and 118 tu-22

can anyone confirm this from Janes too
does anyone else have the breakup of number of fighter and attack planes /bombers operated by russian aurforces today i.e 2008-2009
