Remember how western governments and bussiness community condemned Putin for taking over that oil company for tax evasion? Well now it seems the Russian government has more money than it knows what to do with due to high oil prices and lack of mid east oil production. So does anyone know what Russian AF expenditures look like now and what the current outlook is for their aerospace development?
