Russian Air Force Upgrading – Details?

I’ve posted this ages ago, and I think it’s time to bring up the topic again…

By now I think we’ve all heard things like Su-27SM (how many of those even exist?) might become the Su-35BM, the Mig-29SMT upgrade is scrapped, and the Su-24/25s will be upgraded to Su-24M and Su-25SM. The Su-34 is also coming into production very soon, yet there seem to be no details about anything.

Well does anyone have anything concrete? Hopefully from Russian Air Force officials? It seems the whole upgrading situation is a mess, or just no one knows anything..
