Russian aircraft for Latvia?

With Harmony Centre winning power there and will most likely end up forming a government, Latvia is likely to shift away from Western Europe and back into the arms of Mother Russia.. mostly due to disappointment over the way the financial crisis is going..

Already Usakov is rumored to consider suspending NATO ties and is very close with Putin.

So would Latvia’s modernization of its defence program, switch to Russian equipments? new Mi-17s?
