– RSK MiG has decided against becoming a member of the United Aviation Corporation (OAK).
– The Sokol plant in Nizhny Novgorod will become a member of RSK MiG corp.
– Irkut purchased 3/4 of Yakolev, using funds from its March stock flotation.
– Irkut valued at around $545 million for the flotation (that seems rather low).
– Irkut now expected to go after Slovakia’s need for a subsonic multirole trainer now that it has Yakolev in its pocket.
