It is well known that the US evaluated a number of Russian aircraft during the cold war via CONSTANT PEG, HAVE DONUT and HAVE DRILL (I think those were the program names). Did the USSR/CIS ever have an equivalent program for analyzing western (particularly American) aircraft?
