Given current funding levels, how would YOU re-organise the air arm and its procedures to regain a credible level of combat readiness/capability?
Are there types/weapons you would retire, regiments you would rationalise?
How would you split the funds between salaries, training, fuel, maintenance, and equipment acquistion/updating?
What sort of training programmes would you introduce if any?
In the area of new weapons development, which programmes would you kill, or begin? Are there any you would reinstate?
What would you do about Chechnya, and how would you re-organise Russia’s military alliances, if at all?
