Rutan at Edwards?

I like many others have been google earthing the various airports around the world in particular the major US bases. While surfing around the Edwards Air Force base I came across this aircraft. See 34 Degrees 53 min 59.83 sec N by 117 degrees 52 min 14.19 sec W. If I am correct is this not the prototype from Burt Rutan called the ATT? I belive it was for a advanced tactical transport… Does the military still have it or is it back in Scaled Composites HQ.? Thanks – being late at night here I’m not to sure of my ID capabilities!
