Ryanair 737

okay im not exactly a whizz at all of this but when i was on flight FR1985 (Ryanair) from Carcassonne to Dublin yesterday (July 31 2005) , flight departed on-time. It was only about an hour and a bit into the flight that i noticed brown- orangy liquid sort of trickling down the the right engine (No 2 i think) into the reverser part of the engine. I couldnt see where it was coming from but it was nearer to the middle as i was sitting over the wing.
I think a couple of other people noticed it behind me but nobody said anything. As we began the descent into Dublin it stopped and just left a mark. The reversers were deployed and then it all disappeared afterwards.

The flight overall was fine. I dont know if this was normal for this type of aircraft but could someone please help me on this so i could find out what it actually was??
