Its amazing it only takes two people to take those jets apart!! I ones i flew on, not logojets, are probably scrapped now!

Someones home full scale flight sim will be looking good with a 732 cockpit lol

It is sad, i only saw the Jaguar logojet a fewof times and the Vodaphone jet once. I kept seeing Kilkenny and the Hertz jet! 😀

PIK management were said to be rather annoyed with FR increasingly littering their grounds with retired 737’s. Apparently FR would dump them over night when no one else was about to stop em.

Certainly not heard of that one.

Did PIK ever actually approve the use of their airfield as an aircraft graveyard?

I don’t think even MOL would just use PIK as an ‘aircraft graveyard’ without the permission of PIK’s owners. Remember, PIK is a RYR Maintenance Base and has also been used to scrap a/c before, ie BAW Tridents and BAW VC10’s.
