The Saab Tunnan is down to go to the Jersey Air Show where it displayed last year, there is another aircraft to be with it at the show does any one have any idea what the other aircraft could be. I assume it might be a support aircraft if so any ideas?

Is that confirmed, as far as I am aware and according to the Airshow website it’s down to funds being made available.
ubject to sufficient funding we can also expect to see:-
B17 “Pink Lady”
B25 Mitchell
A26 Invader
P51 Mustang
OV-10 Bronco
Morraine Paris
Saab Tunnan

Grounded again?
Oh dear…
Dutchmen take note! Last year both the Tunnan and the Vampire trainer staged through Leeuwarden Air Base for a fuel stop! Perhaps this time as well?

Probably their Vampire Trainer. They also use a Saab Safir as support a/c but that would take days 😉
The Tunnan has been grounded for quite a while now, however, they are working hard to get it running in time for the Saab anniversary on 31 Aug – 1 Sept.
