This is just to inform you that a South African Air Force C47TP disappeared off radar over a mountainous area this morning on a flight from Waterkloof to Mthatha. They never arrived at their destination. Weather conditions were poor at the time and the search has been suspended due to continuing bad weather. The area is notorious for severe thunderstorm weather at this time of year. I will keep you informed.
