Probhat Kumar Ghose, universally known as Toon, has finally stopped instructing after a long and eventful flying career, which started off with gliding, first at Sutton Bank and then at Lasham.
Have a long and happy retirement old friend, although knowing you you will still be continuing to fly your paraglider either along the South Downs or in the Himalayas well into your 80s!

Toon, an unforgettable character and a fine instructor with a fairly unique style. As an RTF examiner his mix of curry and anecdotes was exceptional. Countless numbers of students over many decades owe him an enormous debt.
Enjoy your well earned retirement though I think it will be an active one.
