San Francisco

Later this year I’ll have a few days free in San Francisco,at the end of a package holiday to mark our Ruby Wedding.

Does anyone have suggestions for interesting things to see/do ? We’ll be seeing Fisherman’s Wharf,the Golden Gate bridge,and Alcatraz as part of the tour. All suggestions welcome,as we’re both reasonably fit ( but sadly,not in the modern sense of the word :p )

I already know about Oakland Aviation Museum,and I’ll be spending part of the actual anniversary day on a tour of the Short Solent ,which’ll give me something to celebrate,at least :diablo:
