yeah, SAS has been the national carrier of Sweden, Denmark and Norway since they were formed in (I think) the late 40’s.

I’d love to see one in the current livery.
Was it the national carrier of Norway even when Braathens was around? I seriously doubt Braathens was, it didn’t have int’l flights for a while.

The 747 in that picture is a freighter. Not sure if those are still in service? Their passenger 747’s got phased out years ago. While still in service, some of my family flew on an SAS 747 from LAX to ATH via CPH. That was back in ’87.

nope…they got rid of them in 1997 i think.

Yes they are phasing out B767s with A330/A340.
