SAS will launch a no frills service called Scandinavian Lite in 2003.
It seems like it will be just a new service, not a new airline. Destinations will be Alicante, Athens, Bologna, Budapest, Palma and Rome.

Spanair as part of SAS is planning the same. I wonder if they don´t integrate Aelbal (Spanair Link) in this new low cost and their Spanish services will be transferent to it.
