The 06 runways were in use today, so off I set on foot – clambering up hill and down dale – to the mounds near the 06R threshold.
I’ll happily supply a map for anyone who wants one, but I don’t recommend the route to anyone without very stout footwear or to those with a dislike of mud and/or steep hills.
Drivers have it easy……. 😉

Briliant photos. Good to see that Eastern Airways promoting Aberdeenshire and City, because it is nice up here, although they could have made it more colourful.
Where do Sun Air fly to? I’ve never heard of them before.
