Hi Guys,
We live just to the East of Brighton and the sector ATC freq is 135.325–however many high over flights that are obviously from much further up the country, come over here heading south for France and these are not on the 135.32 freq.
Am I right in thinking these are on 132.840 london upper section?? Can anyone help with this please?
Had a great day in the garden spotting today as LGW deps were off 26L Virgin Nigeria went right overhead on a SFD dep this morning–FAB!
Cheers

ATR 42
Thanks a lot for that–I was right!
Will put one scanner on 135.32 and the other on 132.840—none should then get away!!!!
Judging where you live,– these are probably the same for you!!!
Thanks again

Yep Sector 1 Freq 132.840 as you’ve already worked out. I’d suggest getting hold of a copy of this simulation www.londoncontrol.com
It’s a good simulation but the section maps and info are accurate and are A1 for spotting.
Get the updates when they come out, they are worth it. Saves having to buy loads of charts as well.
