Scary movies…..wooooooh…..why do they do it ?

Okay, most of you have probably seen Aliens (the movie….not the real thing !) at some time. would you do what the crew did ?
They are on a space ship billions of miles from any help, theres a thing walking round intent on having them for a snack….
AND THEY NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TURN THE CHUFFING LIGHTS ON IN ROOMS AND CORRIDORS WHEN THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IT !!!
Totally raving bonkers…I’d have every bladdy light I could find switched on…too right I would, and I would walk around carrying a big mirror so if it should jump out at me I could show it…whatever it was…its reflection and hopefully that would scare
it off

nah, you should turn the lights off, so you don’t get silhouetted when you walk past lit doorways…
