Scenario: French in Rwanda

alright, we all know about that huge tragedy that occured in Rwanda, and the only country that offered to send forces was France (whom has had a legacy in the region, but the UN did not authorize them to send forces there).. let’s say the UN did authorize France military action, what kind of deployment should they bring in to stop the Hutsus?
