dark light

Scenic pictures by you.

How are you all at photography? Well Im not great at it. Post pictures here that are taken by you, of various scenery, or other things.

This is a picture of a Dam in the south of Cyprus, which I photographed 2 years ago, whilst on holiday there. Lovely place! 🙂

Enjoy the pic people, and I look forward to seeing yours. 🙂

You can keep your sunsets, can see them when ever I like, now a Spit under power and low, now that’s what I call a photo.

Took this first time I used my 500mm at an airshow, fairly please as I was still green when it came to the focusing controls of the EOS3.

This was taken down at the Yacht club during the after effects of a Coptic Gale (mediterranean gale that blows a real hoolie !!!). took the picture right into the sun hence the unusual colours, but I think its a very dramatic piccie all the same

I was quite proud of this one, taken years ago on my other half’s rubbish Kodak 110 camera. Wish I’d had a decent camera with me.
Ribblehead viaduct on the Settle & Carlisle, from the train.

Did you by chance use the toilet at this point, I try to hang on until the aircraft is just North of Paris and then let rip. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

This is from last week ( 3rd April ) on my way back from Bahrain. I had been visiting my Girl-friend and as she is senior crew for Gulf-Air I get to fly on a 90% discount.
The aircraft is an Airbus 330-243 and we were at 35,000 ft over France on our way to Heathrow.
Incidently my G/f was flying 20 mins behind us on the flight from Abu Dhabi.

I used to live about 4 or 5 miles from Fylingdales. The moor is quite flat, although high up. The “golf balls” were replaced about a decade ago with “triangles”.

Is there anywhere that you haven’t lived?:)
