A belated thread about a day-trip to Schiphol. I spend all day at the Polderbaan. In the morning at the east side, the afternoon at the west side.
Nowadays there is a parking restriction at the eastern side. You´ll have to park the car at nearby Boesingheliede, and then walk, and walk, and walk… it´s about 1,5 KM from the edge of town to the parking spot. But due to the limited parking space you should count on at least walking double that.
It’s barely 08:00, and the first China Southern 777F is preparing for departure. Behind it a second China Southern 777F cab be seen.

A great catch of the Martinair 767 (PH-MCM). That was the aircraft that flew me from Amsterdam to Orlando last January. Not a bad airline at all.
