Scotland – what to see

Hi All
2 of my very good friends will be travelling over to Scotland from Australia and want to see some historic aviation stuff but have found most things will be closed when they are there. So, what can they see betwen the 8th and 11th March next year in the Inverness area, is there anyone who can ‘open some doors’ for them.
