Scrapyard seat I.D help please

Hi everyone
I recently pulled a rather trashed seat out of a scrapyard and am curious to find out what aircraft it would have been fitted to.
Its made from a thick cardboard type material, probably paxolin ?
There are still several fittings on the seat and from these I’ve found the following numbers
The item on the left which held part of the canvass harness has AS214 111SS and ADE28 in a small circle
The seat riser has two sets of numbers AS2108 and AS5372. There was also a small plate on the front which had the numbers AS214, issue 2 and AHG30 as an inspection stamp. I think its a late war or early jet engine seat but could be completely wrong !!

Its a standard postwar AS seat as fitted to a number of things. (AS = Aircraft Spares)

Could be Vampire, but could be from quite a range of other aircraft too.

Sadly, it isn’t Spitfire – made from the same stuff, looks the same from a distance, but entirely different once you look closely.

I’m no expert, especially when it comes to seats but that quadrant on the side looks like part of the raise/lower mech for a Spitfire seat. It’s quite possible that the mechanism is common to other types as well though.
