I dont know if these two missiles have been discussed here before but from the news coming from Janes and other sources say that this missile is close to be finishing its testing phase and will be inducted in the the airforce by the end of 2004.
Acccording to chinese media, SD-10 has the rame rocket booster/engine as Russian R-77 has but with longer range. Suppose to be identical missiles, meaning R-77 and SD-10, yet SD-10 has longer range.
any more details on this from Corbato or plawolf?
