Am I correct in thinking that WH589/CF-CHB was the Sea Fury FB.11 that passed through Manchester Airport on delivery to the UK sometime in 1973 (exact date anyone) along with the Black Knight T-33.

That date matchs the arrival of the 1st T-33 as it arrived at Southend on the 9th. Ormond left Greenland in the Sea Fury on 22nd November 1973 & arrived at Southend on 24th November 1973.

I have no info on stopping at Manchester. Only that they went to Southend via Prestwick. Maybe it was a fuel stop.

They both spent time on the ground at Manchester, maybe a fuel stop!

Both aircraft arrived at Southend via Prestwick in early November 1973. Then moved onto Duxford in mid 1974.
