2 US CH 53E had an accident during a routine taxi when their main rotor touched .Metal splinters from these main rotor done some damaged to a no of vehicles + structures .One Singaporean was also killed after he being strucked by the sharpnels.The deceased works for Singapore Engineering company.These is the first accident ever recorded by the US during their month long joint exercise with 4 ASEAN nation -codename CARAT 2002.
