Sealords ultimate flanker, could it be done?

Ok, once again I have been fantasizing about Russian planes (well they are very attractive). This time it was about the flanker.
Sealords ultimate flanker (for air dominance) would be,
The Su-35 with TVC engines (AL31FP)
Phazotron Zhuk MSFE (Sokol) radar in the nose and Phazotron Faraon (Koypu MF) in the tail sting to cover the rear hemisphere (I have never heard of this radar being used in this role but in most of the literature are read about it it is said that it can be used to cover the rear hemisphere of aircraft, the only one that comes to mind is the late generation flankers)
The ability to carry 8 RV-AAE’s and 4 AA-11’s (if possible the version with the AGAT 150mm radar seaker head, which has yet to be built)
