Also, the other day on airliners.net, I saw a pic of the economy class cabin of UA 767-300ER and it had them, as well. This was a big surprise, as I was not aware they had them. The ones I have been on, have not had them.

When I flew them two years ago, AF were in the process of equipping their A340’s with seat back tv’s, too.
Their new A330’s also have them, and I’m pretty sure their 767/747 fleets have been upgraded, too.

You can add BA 747-400’s to the list. Also, whether your Qantas 747-400 has them is a hit and miss thing.

My recent Aer Lingus A330 flight to Los Angeles had them outbound but not on the way back.
