I am looking for a DH60 / Cirrus Upright engine Right Hand (RH) rotation Wooden Propeller (ie a full prop NOT a cut down hub) to suit mounting on a Static Display DH60 Cirrus Moth.
Typically Six laminations, @76″ diameter RH rotation, 8 bolt holes
This prop is the style fitted to the former BAE “blue” DH 60 Moth G-EBLV at Shuttleworth, and Richard Shuttleworth’s personal “white” DH60X Cirrus Moth G-EBWD, also at Shuttleworth.
Below are two different examples of likely stampings:
****************
D. 6-0 P. 4.3
ACG No D.H.51490
JULY /29
DRG No DH5120/3
DH60 60 HP CIRRUS R.H
****************
DRG OZ64
80HP Cirrus MK2
RH D 8-4 P4-8
DRG NO 13412
MFR 29
****************
This is a Right Hand (RH) rotation, as seen from the cockpit or engine rotation perspective, and hence will likely be stamped RH.
It has 8 mounting holes.
Stampings may include:
– RH
– DH60
– DH60X
– DH60 Moth
– Cirrus
– Cirrus I
– Cirrus II
– Cirrus Hermes
– 60 HP
– 80 HP
and DWG:

– 32730
– 33652
– 345
– 38842
– 40122
– 41150
– 45042

– DH5120

@powerandpassion
That might be a good option, the blade profile is the key to making one, as you would know

Not a complete blade, but perhaps even rarer : the ‘forming profile’ for RHT blade ( on left, next to black former ) from the Perfectus Propeller Co. The formers on the right of the picture are LHT, stamped for dH82 TM and dH84 Dragon. I was confused about the RHT until your post reminded me of the obvious application. If you never find an original, we can perhaps make a new one, all in good time!
