The article is in Serbian but you won’t get much more from it than the headline above anyway. The gist is that there’s a rumour going around that Russia wants to offer Serbia a (£$€? …nobody seems to know)10bn loan package for infrastructure, energy and other projects and that part of this is intended for the purchase of new military kit.
