Serbian LGB

During recent weapons and military equipment exhibition (manufactured by Serbian companies) model of LGB set was on exhibition. http://community.webshots.com/photo/116287351/116289623wJVRXv
I was checking that picture against Russian KAB-500L pictures and in mine opinion it looks nothing like it.
Although quality of the picture is not so great I think that it shows Paveway II LGB set. http://www.danshistory.com/agm123.jpg http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/smart/gbu-10.jpg

If I am correct and this is Paveway II, was this project started back during “Communist Yugoslavia” (at the same time when AGM-65 was acquired) or is it more recent .It will be interesting to see will this project go ahead with Raytheon support and which aircraft will be equipped with that weapon system (G-4M?)
