Seven C-27J Spartans for Romania

In 2006 a contract for seven C-27J Spartans for the Romanian Air Force was announced. Finally in December 2007 a contract was signed and the first delivery was planned for the end of 2008.

But now it is mid 2009 and I have not heard anything or seen any pics.
