“A man of 21 with learning disabilities has been granted taxpayers’ money to fly to Amsterdam and have sex with a prostitute.”
“He’s planning to do more than just have his end away,” explained his social worker. “Refusing to offer him this service would be a violation of his human rights.”
Since I contracted viral encephilytus in the Army, my memory has been abysmal at time, I have lernin difficulties trying to remember fings. Where do I apply for this service? :diablo:

Flourishing red light district at Schiphol
“The transit area at Schiphol is said to be a flourishing prostitute area. Polish prostitutes arrive with cheap flight tickets at Schiphol, and meet their customers in toilets or airside hotelrooms.
There are two hotels airside. During the day they offer low fares. The idea behind them is to offer transit passengers a place to take a quick nap or shower after a long and tiring flight. “But of course you can also take part in other activities” a Schiphol employee is quoted in the Telegraaf….”
This may solve all the issues in this thread, neutral ground, Polish Hookers – day ticket on KLM City Hopper for good measure.

I’m surprised no one has made a comment about not employing a UK woman…to keep the currency in the country. 😀
Social worker must have a vested interest – road testing goods & services and drawing up the approved short list:rolleyes:
Which prompts the question…
Wonder if they’ll ask for a sales receipt?
Or perhaps just a video for proof of “services rendered”?

They could have consulted this old trout
They could have consulted this old trout of infame (I am sure she could have thrown in a Council address or two to indicate local services).

“After Dinner Speaking Engagements
The House of Commons, Chamber of Commerce, and Wenthworth Golf Club are just some of my recent speaking engagement venues. I have also addressed Women in Property, and spoken in Dubai Country Club, Dubai. If you want to give your audience a good laugh and something different, you should book me.
I must emphasise that my talks involve no crudity of any nature. My unique style of delivery has my audiences enraptured with tasteful stories of the infamous police raids on my home. My stories are a light hearted look at my life, including the question and answer session. They last for one hour, culiminating in a lively question and answer session.”

Surely at the next council meeting they could toss it around the room and see what comes up……
Local Government is full, so surely they could of pulled something together.

What’s wrong with our prostitutes?
If a governmental department is saying its ok to use foreign hookers to satisfy the needs of this man, then why are they not legalising it in this country?
At least then the government could control it better, receive tax and get an official receipt for their expense claims.

In this era of cutbacks there must be a cheaper way around this. Maybe some young liberal-minded social worker could lend him a hand… :diablo:

You have to be pulling my leg… are you serious?! 😡
Its true. Original story came from an author, cant recall right now as I am at work but was called The New Britannia. I have heard of a lot worse things being allowed on the state, like a court awarding 2 weeks holiday in Jamaica for an offender, to ‘give him time to reflect’ !!!

Human rights, applicable only when it suits the Lawers, funny how we have waived human rights a tad during the London Riots, selective human rights methinks.
Bottom line, human rights is applicable to humans, not riotous Neanderthals.

Is there a source for this story? It smacks a bit of urban myth to me.
