SFC, Units of measure comparison

Hey there,

there is something basic that still intrigues me, and I would like you to help me be sure, definitely.

Are the metric and imperial SFC unit of measure directly comparable, or should they be converted ?

Eg. :is  10 lb/lbf.h equal to 10 kg/kgf.h, or should that value be converted,  and thus would equal to (10*0,453592) ?
