Shoot down an AWACS…

Saddam is thinking of starting another one, and he’s asked me to report to him with some ideas as to how he can win this time, so help me out…

What do you think is the best way to shoot down western aircraft like AWACS/AEW/TACAMO/E-6/Joint Stars types, practically speaking?
