Shoreham Aerojumble

Saturday 30th September 10 am

Although I caught up with a lot of people, I bought very little – couple of bits for the Vampire, but not much really – its turned into more of a social gathering than as somewhere to buy stuff. Still, if the government manage to start taxing Ebay sellers as they claim they will, the aerojumble might come back into its own again!

Made some money this year!

I came away with a bag full of BA bolts, sold some surplus items, and generally had a good chin-wag with some of the people that I have got to know over the years. But alas, it was pretty thin on the ground with new “finds”.

i managed to find a pair of early fifties seat harness’ for 20 quid for my current project, god knows what they’re off of

Guys, see the thread called ‘shoreham today’ in the commercial av section… some nice pics (including one of me :))but not much about the aerojumble. i didnt attend myself as i was pre-occupide doing something else!

Well any comments on yesterday’s aerojumble at Shoreham, any one managed to get any bargains or come across good finds?

I was wondering how it went too? This is only the second Tangmere/Shoreham I have missed!
