What´s the current situation like regarding the big Short flying boats such as the Sunderland, Solent. A while ago it was mentioned that the damaged French example was to be restored. What´s the situation on the NZ Sunderland, is it in better health now, and any news on the Pembroke Dock recovery plans
Cheers

The Solent ZK-AMO and Sunderland NZ4115 are both at MoTAT, Auckland.
The Solent is safely inside a display hangar, and is well cared for.
The Sunderland is still outside, and could only be described as in moderate condition.
However, there is a group of people actively working on it and new hangars are currently being built. One of these will house the Sunderland when completed.
So the news is all good.
