Should India reconsider joining Russia on the PAK-FA Program???

Should India reconsider its involvement with Russia on the PAK-FA??? As the design was already frozen by time India joined the program. Further, Russia has made it clear that the Single Seat Russian Model will have priority over the Twin Seat Indian Model. (At least during initial development.)

Then add Russia’s record on delivering on-time and on-budget? Which, of late has really up-set India. Of course this doesn’t even touch on such things a life-cycle costs, serviceability, parts supply, etc. etc.
