Not one of mine alas, I don’t have the skill or the patience, but the work of Mr Nigel Perren for a display at the museum.
It depicts Bf109E-1 WerkNr 5175 of 7/JG53 flown by Uffz Ernst Poschenrieder which force-landed at Strood, Kent, on the 30th September 1940.
I’ve also included a photo of the real thing for comparison.
