SIA A380's @ LHR

Just looking at flights to the Far East in November and noticed that all the SIA flights from LHR-SIN are on A330-300’s and 773’s. Now maybe I’ve missed something and I can’t be bothered to see when the transition takes place, but is this the end of SIA A380’s at LHR? Does anyone know when/why it’s happening?

I do expect my A380 to SIA won´t be changed in june. I would cancel my ticket. It will be my first time on the big bird, and I am looking forward to it. And I have got what I wanted, an upper cabin window seat. 😀

You could always fly QF Heathrow-Changi i’m sure!!!

The 77W is operating the flight that is currently a 744. The two A380 flights will be remaining as is.

The 77W is deffinetly operating into LHR. If I remember correctly, from April (ish). Which flights it’s going to operate I don’t know…

Must be a mistake, the A330 doesn’t have the range to reach LHR. (Point in case: Air Asia X needed an A340 to run KUL-STN, which is roughly 100nm shorter than SIN-LHR).

Interesting, it seems that Kayak and Expedia have the wrong info. Have checked on OAG and the A380 is still timetabled in November….although it appears that the 773 will be taking over the 744 flights at some point.
