Details seem contradictory and sketchy.

Pre-production I-TFSI

30 (?) for Singapore, consisting of six plus 24 locally assembled?

18 (?) for the Phillipines consisting of 12 and a six aircraft follow on? Or 19? Or 25? Four plus 14 locally assembled?

Four for Haiti.

S.211A for JPATS I-PATS, I-SMTF, I-SMJT (new? converted from???)

Can anyone confirm all this, or add to it? Does anyone have serials?
