Sick as a pig

Have’nt felt too well recently which is why I didn’t stick around at Duxford on friday. On sunday morning I loaded up my car with cameras and butties only to crawl back into the house and collapse on the settee, feeling far to ill to attend Legends for the first time ever. In fact I got so bad that my missus rushed me off to the emergency doctor in Dunmow on sunday evening, a very severe dose of flu, the like of which I’ve never experienced before.
At least I was able to vaguely watch the Mall flypast on tv, the coverage of which I thought was pretty good, and later on one of the Daks nearly took my roof off.
I was pretty miffed by my brother phoning me from DX on his mobile so I could hear the spitfire tail chase.
Anyway thanks everyone for publishing all those superb photographs of the events, it’s really cheered me up looking at them, sick as a pig though, it did look like the best Legends ever, I’ll have to buy the DVD.
